Jason is a true Cantabrian — born and bred in Christchurch — with over 25 years of experience in the building industry.
His journey began straight out of high school, where he moved straight into a building apprenticeship. Over the next decade, Jason honed his craft working across both residential and architectural builds, developing a strong foundation in quality construction and attention to detail.
In 2009, Jason took the next step and founded his own company. Over the years, he has grown it into a highly respected business, employing a skilled in-house team of builders, painters, plasterers, and joiners. His hands-on approach and eye for detail have been key to delivering consistently high standards across every project.
When the opportunity arose to take on Stonewood Homes Christchurch, Jason and his wife Aimee saw it as a natural next step — combining a trusted national brand with their strong local reputation and family values. This marks an exciting new chapter in their construction journey. Jason remains closely involved in every build, ensuring each home is completed to the highest possible standard. Quality, professionalism, and genuine care are at the core of his approach — and clients experience this from the very first interaction through to handover.
Outside of work, Jason and Aimee are proud parents of two children. He enjoys spending weekends supporting his kids in sport, heading out for Sunday family drives (usually ending with ice cream), and getting to the gym — even if the results are still up for debate.
