We were a little apprehensive at organising such a project from Christchurch but you and your staff made the experience easy to negotiate and relatively problem free. Dion was in regular contact with us providing updates and letting us know when it was necessary to meet. Any changes we wanted were taken on board without argument and advice given as to the best way to negotiate them. We have been in our new home for 4 weeks and are delighted with it. I just wanted to give you some feedback on our build process. As you remember I wasn't keen on building, hubby's idea and dream! All I can say is you guys made the whole process pain free and easy and I'm so so pleased we did it, we love our new home. We knew instantly that we wanted to build with Stonewood after seeing your show home and meeting the team. I would highly recommend Stonewood to anyone thinking of building their dream home and I dare say we have got the build bug, in a few years time I would like to build again!!

Our retirement home in our dream location - we wanted it to be fun, we wanted to be an adventure, and we had the time and energy to make it so. We knew - more or less - what we wanted, but what we didn’t have was the knowledge to make it happen. In Stonewood we found the perfect helpmates.
The first was Ian, our Sales Consultant - obliging, laidback, cheerful - he coped with all our fads and fancies - the changes, the variations - and never a grump. Then onto the key part - the building. Dion, Project Manager took over then. An amazingly busy man, but always there with a ready grin. We wanted this, we wanted that, could we change here, could we change there - Dion made it happen. And of course, right there and hands on, was Adam, the builder and his gang.
Then there’s all those decisions - cladding, paint colours, flooring, kitchen and bathroom design, appliances, storage space, lighting, heating. For many of these areas Stonewood uses specialists. You can, if you wish, make these specialist contacts yourself but why would you when competent experts are available at no extra cost? With these people our choices became easy.
We had fun, it was an adventure - and out of it came our dream home.
