Paulo Baronceli & Nick Lowe

Stonewood Homes Hawke’s Bay was founded in 2009 by Peter Barnes. In 2021, experienced project manager Paulo Baronceli joined as Director, followed by Nick in 2023
when Peter stepped away from the franchise.

Paulo and Nick believe the best part of building a new home is the freedom to create a home that reflects each client’s lifestyle. Unlike renovating an existing property,
building new gives full design control and better long-term value.

At the end of the building process, you will have a brand-new home that no one has used, and you will be the first family to write the history of a home.
– Paulo Baronceli

Their ethos is to go the extra mile, delivering homes of above-average quality. Beyond the standard 10-year warranty, they offer a tailored post-build care program, resolving
any issues within 12 months quickly and without question.

With extensive project management experience and a trusted team of long-term subcontractors, Paulo and Nick maintain high standards despite industry challenges such as
labour shortages and supply delays. They have also broadened their supplier base to ensure reliability.

For those considering a new build, Paulo advises considering your personal circumstances, including your budget and wish list.
“You need to be realistic about your expectations and ask your builder for several options before you make your decision about a new home.”

Stonewood Homes Hawke’s Bay specialises in new home design and build as well as house and land packages. Based in Havelock North, the team completed nine homes
there in the past year. With strong investment returns and growing business activity, they see the area as a place with excellent long-term potential.
