Our one-year warranty starts from completion.

Your Stonewood Homes 12-month workmanship and maintenance warranty begins from the date your home is completed. Refer to individual product warranties for their terms. If you need to make a claim, please refer to your New Home Care Pack and GTEE login for contact details, emergency procedures, and step-by-step claim instructions. You’ll also find GTEE login details inside your home’s switch box.
